The XNJ series tank mounted suction filter offers the following features:

1.Easy installation and connection: 

The filter is mounted by securing the flange on the tank cover, with the filter element directly inserted into the tank. This simplifies the system's piping, saves space, and makes the layout more compact.

2.Convenient cleaning or replacement: 

To clean or replace the filter element, simply unscrew the bolts on the mounting flange and lift the flange.

3.Equipped with a clogging indicator: 

When the filter element becomes clogged by contaminants and vacuum pressure reaches -0.018 MPa, the indicator sends a signal (external electrical signal). At this point, the filter should be cleaned or replaced to avoid air suction or pump malfunction.

4.Equipped with a bypass valve:

If the filter becomes clogged and vacuum pressure reaches -0.018 MPa and immediate cleaning or replacement is not possible, the bypass valve at the top of the filter will automatically open (opening pressure: -0.02 MPa) to protect the pump from damage.
