This filter is used for fine filtration of return oil in hydraulic systems, removing metal particles from component wear and rubber contaminants from seals, keeping the oil clean as it returns to the tank.

1.The filter can be directly installed on the tank cover or connected via tubing.

2.It is equipped with a filter element clogging sensor and a bypass valve to enhance system reliability. When the filter element is clogged or the system fluid temperature is too low, causing the inlet pressure to drop to 0.35 MPa, the sensor will signal for timely replacement of the filter element or to increase the temperature. If immediate action cannot be taken, the bypass valve will automatically open at a pressure of 0.4 MPa.

3.The filter element is made of fiberglass, offering high filtration precision, large flow capacity, low initial pressure loss, and high contaminant retention. Its filtration precision is rated using absolute standards, with a filtration ratio of β3, 5, 10, 20 ≥ 200 and filtration efficiency n ≥ 99.5%, meeting ISO standards.
