The magnetic return filter has only a small portion of its filter head exposed outside the oil tank, while the majority remains inside the tank. This design simplifies the system piping, facilitates installation, and creates a compact and aesthetically pleasing arrangement. Considering that ferromagnetic contaminants are the most prevalent in hydraulic systems, the oil undergoes magnetic filtration through a strong magnet before being finely filtered in a second stage.

This filter is equipped with a filter element clogging sensor and an oil circuit bypass valve. When the return oil pressure reaches 0.35 MPa, the sensor sends a switch signal or alarm, and the return oil pressure can be directly read from the sensor’s display. This alerts the operator to timely replace the filter element, ensuring the cleanliness of the system oil. Replacing the filter element is simple; just unscrew the end cap of the filter. When the return oil pressure rises to 0.4 MPa, the bypass valve inside the filter automatically opens to prevent excessively high return oil pressure from degrading the overall system performance.
