The XNL series in-tank self-sealing return oil filter is installed in the return oil line of the hydraulic system to filter out contaminants such as metal particles generated by component wear and rubber particles from seal wear. It ensures that the oil returning to the tank remains clean. This series of filters has the following features:

(a) Direct installation inside the tank simplifies the system's piping, saves space, and makes the system layout more compact.

(b) Equipped with a self-sealing valve: During system maintenance, oil inside the tank will not flow back. When replacing the filter element, it can bring out contaminants from inside the filter, preventing oil from leaking.

(c) Equipped with a bypass valve: When the filter element is clogged with contaminants, causing a pressure difference of 0.35 MPa, if the filter element cannot be replaced immediately, the bypass valve located at the top of the filter element will automatically open (at a pressure difference of 0.4 MPa) to ensure normal system operation.

(d) Equipped with a magnetic device: It can filter out ferromagnetic particles larger than 1μm in the return oil.
