The RLF series filter is installed in the return line of the hydraulic system to remove metal particles and rubber debris caused by the wear of components, ensuring that the oil returning to the tank remains clean. The filter element is made of synthetic fiber material, offering advantages such as high filtration accuracy, large oil flow capacity, low initial pressure loss, and high contamination retention capacity.

Additionally, the filter is equipped with a differential pressure indicator and a bypass valve. When the filter element becomes clogged and the pressure differential between the inlet and outlet reaches 0.35 MPa, a signal is triggered, indicating that the filter element needs to be replaced. If immediate shutdown or replacement is not possible, the bypass valve, located at the top of the filter element, will automatically open to protect the system.
