The filter consists of two single-tube filters, a switching valve, a bypass valve, a sensor, and a diffuser. It is installed at the top of the oil tank and allows for filter element replacement without system shutdown, suitable for fine filtration of return oil in continuously operating hydraulic systems. It removes metal particles from wear and rubber impurities from seals, keeping the oil returning to the tank clean for effective circulation in the system.

When the filter element of one filter is clogged, causing a pressure difference of 0.35 MPa, the sensor sends a signal. At this point, the switching valve is turned to activate the standby filter, allowing for the replacement of the clogged filter element.

If the clogged filter element cannot be replaced promptly, and the pressure difference rises to 0.4 MPa, the bypass valve automatically activates to protect both the filter element and the system. However, users should replace the filter element as soon as possible.

The design employs direct return filtration, making filter element replacement or oil addition very convenient—simply unscrew the filter cover to replace the element or add oil. Each filter head is equipped with two M18 × 1.5 oil ports for sensor installation at any point. The diffuser, located at the bottom of the return cylinder, ensures smooth flow of the returning medium into the tank, minimizing air entrapment and reducing the disturbance of settled contaminants.

The filter element uses advanced synthetic fiber filtering materials, offering high filtration precision, large flow capacity, low initial pressure loss, and high dirt-holding capacity. Its filtration precision is rated as absolute, with a filtering ratio of β3, 5, 10, 20 ≥ 200 and a filtering efficiency n ≥ 99.5%, meeting ISO standards.
