The duplex return line filter consists of two single-tube filters and a two-position six-way switching valve. Its simple structure and ease of use are complemented by a bypass valve and a filter element clogging sensor, ensuring system safety.

In a single-tube filter, when the filter element becomes clogged to a certain extent and requires cleaning or replacement, the main machine must stop. This not only wastes time but also disrupts continuous operation. The duplex filter effectively addresses this shortcoming by allowing the filter element to be cleaned or replaced without stopping the machine, ensuring normal continuous operation.

Its operational feature is that when one filter element needs to be replaced due to clogging, the main machine does not need to stop. Simply open the pressure balance valve and turn the switching valve to allow the other filter to work, then replace the clogged filter element.
