This series of filters can be installed on pressure lines of different pressure levels to further remove or block impurities brought in from the outside during component operation or produced by the chemical action of the medium itself. It is especially suitable for automatic control and servo systems. The filter helps prevent premature wear or sticking of high-precision control and execution components caused by contamination, thereby reducing failures and extending the service life of components.

The filter uses imported glass fiber filter material, offering high filtration precision, strong oil flow capacity, low initial pressure loss, and large dirt-holding capacity. The filtration precision is rated as absolute, with a filtering ratio of β3, 5, 10, 20 ≥ 200 and a filtering efficiency of n ≥ 99.5%, meeting ISO standards.

3.Convenient filter element replacement. Depending on the installation space, users can open the top cover to replace the filter element or unscrew the housing (after draining oil) to remove the filter element from the bottom.

4.Easy installation: If there is difficulty installing according to the standard flow direction, users can remove the four screws on the cover, rotate the cover 180 degrees, and change the flow direction of the medium.

5.The filter is equipped with a bypass valve and a differential pressure sensor for dual protection. When the filter element becomes clogged, causing the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet to reach the preset value of the sensor, the sensor sends a signal, indicating that the filter element must be replaced.
