This high-pressure plated filter can be directly installed on the system's valve block and is used to further remove or block impurities that enter from the outside or are generated by wear during component operation. It is particularly suitable for automatic control and servo systems. The filter helps prevent high-precision control and execution components from premature wear or jamming due to contamination, thereby reducing failures and extending the service life of components.

The filter is equipped with a differential pressure sensor. When the filter element becomes clogged, causing a pressure difference of 0.5 MPa between the inlet and outlet, the sensor sends a switch signal. At this point, the filter element should be cleaned or replaced, ensuring the proper functioning of the system.

Compared to traditional filters, this filter features a compact installation structure and small size. The filter element is made from imported glass fiber material, offering high filtration precision, strong oil flow capacity, low initial pressure loss, and large dirt-holding capacity. The filtration precision is rated as absolute, with a filtering ratio of β3, 5, 10, 20 ≥ 200 and a filtering efficiency of n ≥ 99.5%, meeting ISO standards.
