This filter is installed in the pressure pipeline of the hydraulic system to remove mechanical impurities mixed into the hydraulic oil, as well as the gums, asphaltenes, and carbon residues produced by the chemical changes of the hydraulic oil itself. This helps prevent failures such as valve jamming, clogging of small throttle gaps and damping holes, and excessive wear of hydraulic components.

The filter provides excellent filtration performance with high precision, but once clogged, it is difficult to clean and requires the replacement of the filter element.

The filter is equipped with a differential pressure indicator. When the pressure differential between the inlet and outlet reaches 0.35 MPa due to contamination, a switch signal is triggered, prompting the user to replace the filter element to ensure system safety.

The filter element uses glass fiber material, which offers high filtration precision, large oil flow capacity, low initial pressure loss, and large dirt-holding capacity. The filtration precision is rated as absolute, with a filtration ratio of β3, 5, 10, 20 ≥ 200 and a filtration efficiency of n ≥ 99.5%, in compliance with ISO standards.
