This filter is installed in the pressure pipeline of the hydraulic system to remove or block mechanical impurities mixed in the hydraulic oil, as well as gelatinous substances, asphalts, and carbon residues generated from chemical changes in the hydraulic oil itself. This prevents valve spool jamming, clogging of small orifices, gaps, and damping holes, as well as excessive wear of hydraulic components.

The filter is equipped with a differential pressure indicator. When the filter element becomes contaminated and the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet reaches 0.35 MPa, a signal is sent, indicating that the filter element needs to be cleaned or replaced to ensure the system's safety. The filter also has a bypass check valve, which opens automatically when the pressure difference reaches 0.4 MPa or when the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet becomes too large for other reasons. This ensures system protection. When cleaning or replacing the filter element, to prevent backflow of system oil and loss of oil in the pressure line, as well as to avoid air and contaminants from entering the system, the filter allows reverse, non-filtered flow. The reverse flow rate is one-quarter of the nominal flow rate.

The filter element is made of glass fiber material, offering high filtration precision, large oil flow capacity, low initial pressure loss, and a high dirt-holding capacity. The filtration precision is rated with absolute filtration accuracy, with a filtration ratio β3, 5, 10, 20 ≥ 200 and filtration efficiency n ≥ 99.5%, in accordance with ISO standards.
