The TUC Filter Unit is a new type of oil filtration device developed by our company. It can be used for filtration during oil injection into hydraulic units, bypass filtration for hydraulic units, filtration before hydraulic unit testing, and for suctioning oil from hydraulic unit tanks. It can be directly mounted on machines or tanks and connected to the tank with two hoses on the base plate, serving as an oil contaminant filter to extend the service life of hydraulic components and ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic system.

This unit features reliable performance and a compact structure. The base plate supports the weight of all components, and its tight construction eliminates the need for piping between components, significantly enhancing safety. The filter elements are easy and quick to replace, and the filtration precision can be freely selected according to the user’s needs.

The filter element in this unit is made of imported glass fiber, offering high filtration precision, a large oil flow capacity, low initial pressure loss, and a high dirt-holding capacity.
